MASTER GROWER

As the master grower, you will be overseeing and providing support in all aspects of the facilities operations. It is your responsibility to maintain optimal plant health throughout both vegetative and flower stages to obtain high yields and exceptional quality. You will be required to learn and adhere to standard operating procedures in accordance with health Canada regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of growing. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a feed schedule, topping, defoliation, foliar sprays, trimming, waste disposal, harvesting and inventory management.
  • Monitoring plant health, diagnosing and resolving any potential stresses
  • Maintain optimal VPD conditions
  • Maintaining an IPM schedule
  • Working and communicating with the propagation manager to ensure the cloning process is on schedule.
  • Monitor cannabis throughout the drying and curing process
  • Working and communicating with the trim team to ensure the trimming process is on schedule.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a master grower
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Safe and reliable transportation

PROPOGATION MANAGER

As the propagation manager you will be working hand in hand with the master grower to ensure that all clones are completed in accordance with room scheduling. You will be required to learn and adhere to standard operating procedures, which includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing all work stations and cloning equipment on a regular basis. You may also be required to assist in the grow rooms when necessary.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a healthy and thriving mother room
  • Maintain optimal VPD conditions to ensure proper, healthy growth within the clone trays
  • Carefully monitor clone health on a daily basis
  • Consistent and accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers and all other applicable information.
  • Maintain a feed and foliar spray schedule

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Safe and reliable transportation
  • Minimum 5 years cloning experience

TRIM TEAM MEMBERS

Reporting to the master grower your key responsibilities will include hand trimming cured product efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. You may also be required to run and maintain the trimming machines. The de-leafing process will also be amongst your duties, working with the master grower to ensure these tasks are completed on time. You will be required to learn and operate in accordance with standard operating procedures, which includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and sanitizing your equipment, tools and working surfaces. Your work will be a reflection of the entire company as it is the finished product our customers see.

At this time, we will only be considering candidates with previous trimming experience.
